Shipping policy

Where we deliver
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost
Standard UK delivery is £2.99 on orders under £24. Orders of £24 or more are delivered free.

Delivery times
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 2 to 4 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, including tracking details where available.

Delays
Occasionally deliveries are delayed by the courier or by circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email jasmin@magicdescaler.com with your order number and we will chase it.

Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.
